I’ve been breaking the rules a bit, because I like a bit of context. Since 2020 has been such a rollercoaster, our little Ruby is sending you a dose of cuteness and a meditation on her Christmas chewy toy to take you into the new year,

In these strange times, I think we all need a little vicarious travel and cheering up – and it’s a great excuse to delve back into your travel archives!
Drumroll… my nomination is… Gum Trees and Galaxies, a blog which like Ruby, brings light into my life and combines a few of my favourite things; dogs, travel, caravans, inspiration and books.

I rather enjoyed the opportunity to go back through the archive, although my early travel photos are TERRIBLE! I was hoping to post a pic from every continent I’ve visited, but had to miss out Asia because my pictures of Nepal are awful and I’ve lost all my pix from the Philippines!
