The ADVENTURE OVERLAND SHOW featuring mainly 4WD vehicles and its sister event the INTERNATIONAL CAMPERVAN SHOW featuring mainly 2WD vehicles will take place at Stratford-upon-Avon Racecourse over the weekend of 18th – 19th September 2021.

We will be there with The Beast, our newly converted Volvo N10 expedition truck, on the #LorryLife Campers UK stand.

And if you want to meet  Wildkatt on the Road, who interviewed us and filmed The Beast for her vlog, she will be there with her trusty camper Destiny on show in the Self-Build Display section.

Admission Charges

£15 per adult Saturday, £10 per adult Sunday (reduction on Sunday as 19th September 2021 is the Family Fun Day), children under 16’s free of charge – thus negating the need for ‘family tickets’. Children therefore do not show up on online E-tickets, they are simply handed a Child Wristband upon arrival.

Camping

Pre-event camping is available anytime from 10:00 Tuesday 14th to Thursday 16th September 2021 @ just £10 per night – no need to pre-book, simply pay in cash upon arrival. 

For the actual show, the gate officially opens Friday 17th September 2021 at 13:00, closes at 21:00 – thereafter due to safety reasons, a temporary ‘Overnight Holding Area’ operates until 09:00 the following morning. These timings are repeated on Saturday 18th September 2021. This means that should you arrive at the venue after 21:00 you can still ‘get in’, camp and avail yourself of all the facilities (toilets, showers, etc.), plus entertainment (beer tent live music + jam session marquee) and hot food from the catering outlets up until midnight. In the morning you can then be booked in at Check-in and wristbands collected for your pre-paid bookings.

NOTE: Campers are advised to arrive before the rush on Friday 17th September 2021. Queues of 1 hour or more were commonplace for the ‘Spring’ show in June this year. This was unusual as normally it’s only 10-15 minutes at worst, but as the event grows, so do the queues!

Dogs Welcome

Well-behaved dogs on short leads and under control at all times are welcome. ‘Clean up’ is essential.
