The Beast and our newest purchase, Jim Morrisvan – a 1970 Bomb Disposal Morris Traveller (named after my dad, Jim) – will be on show at the fabulous Adventure Overland & International Campervan Show 2026. (See cover photo!)
One of the UK’s largest gatherings of expedition trucks returns to Stratford Upon Avon Racecourse this weekend of 13-14th June 2026.
These will be displaying alongside hundreds of quirky, self-built campervans, Land Rovers and Adventure Bikes. There will be a Sunday Camper, 4×4 and Landy Jumble – and the usual live music, traders and talks.
As well as sitting around a campfire with friends.
New for this year is the Travel Advice Centre, hosted by the Globetrotters Club.
Available throughout the weekend, come and chat for free with highly experienced travellers about cutures, customs, documentation and both 2WD and 4WD expedition vehicles.
Jim and The Beast will be parked next door, under the care of Mark and The Fab Four, while I will be manning one of the stands – so if you have any questions about our build, our travels, or how we manage travel with four dogs, please feel free to ask. I will also have a selection of my bestselling, award-winning books on display.

Talk Schedule
There is a full schedule of seminars throughout the weekend. On Sunday at 10am, I will be giving a talk entitled Never Mind The Balkans – Here’s Albania (with dogs). Synopsis below:
